About The Canyon

Here are some things to remember when you visit Mills Canyon Wildlife Area:
- There are no lavatory facilities at Mills Canyon.
- No bicycles are allowed on the trails.
- No horses are allowed on the trails.
- Dogs allowed on a leash. Please clean up after your dog.
- Many times during the year the dry grasses present a fire hazard, so no smoking on the trail.
- It can get very muddy in the spring, especially after rain.
Mills Canyon is a host to many natural things you can study - wild flowers, trees, animals and geology.
